The mission of the College Application Education Project, Inc.(C.A.E.P.), is to build and maintain an institutional and community structure whereby middle, high school, and GED students of all cultures can receive direct college and/or vocational preparation. C.A.E.P. assists them with continuing education, college preparation, admission, and financial application, and career development.
