Office number: 9430-3193 Roatan Marine Park International, Inc. is a non-profit corporation and shall be operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code. To facilitate enforcement of Honduran environmental protection laws, create a sense of environmental responsibility through education of residents and visitors, and to promote community empowerment for participatory conservation of Roatan's coastal and marine resources.
