UP RVA connects students from limited economic resources in the City of Richmond and independent schools. UP RVA provides services that advocate, support and empower students to become successful members of their school community. UP RVA creates a bridge for low-income children from the City of Richmond to area independent schools by providing transportation, after school programming, and social and emotional support. The heart of UP RVA is a commitment to meaningful and long- term relationships with our students to help them succeed and thrive through high school, college, and beyond.
