MENTORING MENTORS INC
Mentoring Mentors is a non-profit organization engaging African American adolescents and youth in Baltimore City and surrounding counties, with the ultimate goal of supporting their development as mentors into adulthood. Mentoring Mentors is developing the next generations of community leaders. We create foundational change in the lives of our youth by encouraging positive relationships and self-development through our Intergenerational Near-to-Peer Model. Since our founding in 2014, Mentoring Mentors has served over 200 young people. Our earliest mentees are now seniors in college--in fact, 100% of this initial cohort of 6 mentees graduated from high school and enrolled in college.
