Community Medical Wellness Centers USA is a non-profit, federally qualified health center serving the communities in Los Angeles, CA. THE ORGANIZATION IS ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING, SUPPORTING AND ENCOURAGING HEALTH CARE AND HEALTH EDUCATION TO PERSONS AND COMMUNITIES NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED AS HAVING SIGNIFICANT BARRIERS TO ACCESS OF SUCH CARE AND EDUCATION. THE ORGANIZATION WILL DEVELOP AND OPERATE COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CARE CLINICS AND EDUCATION CENTERS IN IMPOVERISHED URBAN COMMUNITIES WHERE AN ESTABLISHED NEED IS PRESENT.
