Loving Cars since 1991 Hampton Roads Lovers of Cars Car Club Council of Hampton Roads Established in 1991 the Car Club Council of Hampton Roads hereafter referred to as CCCHR is an association of car clubs from all over southeastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina. Our goal is to help support the established local car clubs and their members by providing a coordinating body to review impending legislation that might adversely affect the automotive hobby as well as help resolve conflicts involving the scheduling of automotive events such as car shows rallies and charity events during the year. Our goal is to provide a sounding board for all the car clubs on the Southside and to be a single voice in support of automotive legislative activities in Virginia and North Carolina as well as a single location to advertise member club events on our website calendar.
