The Noyes Home is a a 43 bed licensed residential facility that has been a safe haven for at-risk children ages 0-18 years. Our mission is "To nurture and empower children, youth, and families and to foster a brighter future".LUBA has also operated the Meadowview Senior Residential Care Facility since 1874. It was originally named "The Home of the Friendless". Meadowview is a 16 bed nursing home facility that cares for low income seniors. Our mission is "To provide quality care in a nurturing and warm environment".
