The mission of Hospice & Community Care is to give hope, comfort, and compassion to those that need it most. We are non-profit, community based hospice care provider that has been serving our community since 1985. Over the years we have helped thousands of terminally ill patients live their final months in a comfortable, caring atmosphere. In addition to our home care we have the only free-standing hospice house in our community serving hundreds of patients and their families each year.
