Our vision is that all young people in Lowell deserve the opportunity to learn, succeed and thrive. Supporting Lowell kids from cradle to career through high-impact programming. Project LEARN was founded in 2013 to support, advance, and generate resources for students through innovative, educational programming. Since then, as the city's educational foundation, our organization has launched and collaborated on a variety of initiatives for the students of Lowell. We work with our educational partners as well as community and industry stakeholders to creatively cultivate resources, build partnerships, and develop transformative programs that equip Lowell youth with the skills, work habits, and experiences they need to thrive in life.
