Last weekend, more than 200 volunteers, neighbors, and community leaders came together for a day of service powered by purpose and partnership. For the second year in a row, Westside Future Fund was proud to partner with ICE to host this impactful event—mobilizing volunteers to help beautify two cherished community spaces: M. Agnes Jones Elementary School and Truly Living Well’s urban farm. From fresh mulch and garden beds to painted walls and prepared classrooms, every task was rooted in a larger mission—to ensure Westside residents, students, and families have access to vibrant, welcoming places to live, learn, and grow. This is what neighborhood revitalization looks like when it’s driven by compassion and community.
