We are a nonprofit that provides help for kids in Uganda who suffer from poverty, lack of educational opportunities, and severe food insecurity We provide help for kids in Uganda who suffer from extreme poverty, lack of educational opportunitie RUN’s mission is to establish a safe and sustainable environment for the health, education, and future of the orphans in Uganda. On a larger scale, RUN’s vision is to establish a sustainable model that is self-sufficient, replicable, and scalable in Uganda and beyond. Our work in Uganda has been recognized and celebrated as an exemplary model that engages and mobilizes the community to adapt, grow, and develop best practices that stem from our experiences. Because our approach has been one of cooperation and partnership, not blind aid and proxy management, we have been able to effectively and meaningfully create impact by molding and optimizing our approach and performance in a way that is best suited for the community.
