WETHERSFIELD DOLLARS FOR SCHOLARS The Wethersfield Citizens Scholarship Foundation now known as Wethersfield Dollars for Scholars was founded in 1974 by Dr. Philip Sehl and Mr. Felix Babel to provide onetime scholarships to graduating seniors who live in Wethersfield and plan to pursue any form of postsecondary education.
