Rescued Hearts Northwest Because every dog matters. About Us Rescued Hearts Northwest is a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization founded and operated by a group of dedicated volunteers. We rescue animals in need bring them into our foster home program for care and rehabilitation and through a screening process place them in permanent loving homes. Rescued Hearts Northwest is committed to saving and improving the lives of animals in need to educate communities about the importance of spaying and neutering and the benefits of adopting instead of purchasing pets to nurture and support the positive and respectful relationships between pets and people and to advocate for all animals especially for those in highneed circumstances.
