Middle Kentucky addresses the need of individuals we serve through a wide array of agency programs. Middle Kentucky Community Action Partnership, Inc. was incorporated in 1965 as a private, non-profit organization. Middle Kentucky is a Community Action Agency that was incorporated to provide and promote necessary services to low-income families in Breathitt, Lee, Owsley, and Wolfe Counties in Eastern Kentucky. Our mission is to partner with other agencies in our communities to eliminate broadspread poverty, revitalize our low-income communities, and empower our low-income families to become fully self-sufficient.
