Two-Lifestyles, Inc. Women Empowerment Program is here to provide supportive services, intervention , prevention for women and girls in need. We provide other supportive services for our male allies at a different location. WE are Partnering to be the change we wish to see.VisionOur vision is to engage, encourage, educate and empower our families and communities that are affected by violence. MissionTwo-Lifestyles, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to building healthy communities one family at a time, by empowering individuals and communities to take actions toward eliminating domestic violence from their lives. We believe all people regardless of race, age, gender identity, background, sexual orientation or religion deserve to live in a safe world without physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. PurposeThe purpose of the Two-Lifestyles Women's Empowerment Program is to provide access to emergency shelter, victim advocacy access to transitional housing, support/educational groups, job readiness, information, referral services, case management, residential and community programs.Non-Crisis Line: The safe telephone number is a warm line that is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are here to support you (661) 402-3076 Ext. 111Community Support Groups: Support groups for survivors of domestic violence are available for women who want these services but do not need shelter, and for continuing support to women who have been in the shelter. Groups are also available for Department of Social Services and court-ordered individuals.Case Manager: When a woman enters the IMPACT Program she is assigned an individual case manager who will work with her on obtaining the identified needs/goals in the facet assessment. Also, the woman is expected to participate in the full program. This includes evening support groups, individual and family management, and living skills, educational groups.Community Education: Public education provides violence free life style awareness to the community, schools, law enforcement officers, medical professionals, educators, child welfare workers, members of the judicial system and other not listed.Supportive Environment: We provide a nonjudgmental atmosphere where our ladies can plan their future. Staff and volunteers listen to the women, encourage them, believe in them, and let them know they are valuable people who do not deserve abuse in any form. In addition, leader survivors will support the newer survivors. Women Well-Being: Psycho-educational group focusing on strength-based learning. The purpose is to discuss factors to help achieve a healthier state of mind such as humor, exercise, self-appreciation, optimism, and leisure activities.Referral Services: We provide access to low/no cost doctors, dentists, attorneys, personal and family counselors, alcohol and drug counselors, agencies and groups that can help them reach their goals.Basic Necessities: Assess provided to food, laundry facilities, and toilet articles for all survivors. A supply of donated clothing is maintained for those who are in need. **Coming Soon**Emergency Room Advocacy: Volunteer Advocates and staff are on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer calls from emergency room medical staff when battering or sexual abuse is the cause of injury. These volunteer advocates play a vital role in crisis intervention and education for abused women.​
