MCCA'S PURPOSE IS TO ASSIST & ENCOURAGE THE GROWTH & IMPROVEMENT OF CHEERLEADING THROUGHOUT MINNESOTA. IT IS THE ONLY CHEERLEADING GOVERNING BODY RECOGNIZED BY THE MN STATE HS LEAGUE.
