Our educational "Cheesemaker Chats" series continues this month with a Technical Roundtable we are holding together with the Oregon Cheese Guild. This informal, members-only online meeting will allow cheesemakers and industry folks to network and chat about issues they are facing this season, brainstorm solutions to problems, and learn from one another's experience. All current members should have received an email invite with the registration link to sign up for the roundtable, which will be held virtually over zoom.
