The Perry Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the quality of care in Nevada's Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Communities by providing evidence-based education to the healthcare professionals in these communities. NVHCA PERRY FOUNDATION IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICE EDUCATION TO NEVADA'S POST ACUTE CARE PROVIDER AND REGULATORY COMMUNITY. THROUGH THIS EDUCATION, THE NVHCA PERRY FOUNDATION WILL IMPROVE QUALITY; PROMOTE CONSISTENCY AND PROFESSIONALISM IN THE DELIVERY OF CARE. THIS EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICE EDUCATION IS ESSENTIAL TO EQUIP NEVADA'S POST ACUTE CARE COMMUNITY WITH THE TOOLS NECESSARY TO IMPROVE QUALITY INDICATORS, RECRUITMENT OF QUALITY PERSONNEL, AND THE SUPPORT OF A CAREER PATH FOR NEW HEALTHCARE EMPLOYEES.
