Snow White 6765 just can’t understand why no one has been interested in adopting her? Shes a great girl. She is very intelligent and has had obedience training. She’ll be your best girl if you’ll let her. Vgsr.org (fb)

Griffin 7213 is a sweet senior looking for his furever home! He’s house and crate trained, great in the car, friendly to everyone he meets, does not jump, doesn’t care about the vacuum, and loves a good pet or belly rub. He enjoys all sorts of treats—but does have a poultry allergy. He’s currently on a salmon diet with kibble from Costco. He seems to be fine with beef treats as well. He’s enjoyed carrot flavored dental sticks, raw zucchini, blueberries, strawberries, yogurt, cheese, and ice cubes so far- a gentlemen with a truly refined pallet. He takes treats softly. Ole’ Griffin barks when he gets excited but he’s easy to calm when he does. He listens well and knows his name. He also knows sit, shake/paw, down, and leave it. He is fantastic on a leash & martingale collar. We took him to a local brewery, and he did well. He did bark at another dog when they arrived, but with the right treats he’d be easy to distract. He does bark at our cats so I would be cautious with him around cats, but he might do OK with the right situation. Our cats keep to themselves behind a gate so they have not had direct contact. He has lots of spunk despite his senior status. He'd do well on his own or with a dog that wants to play! Our female shepherds would rather sit in a cozy corner with a good book so they’re not giving him what he’d like. We gave him a bath at a local pet shop, and he did very well in their proper tub! I think he’d do fine in any bathtub. He was very tolerant of the bath itself and being blow dried. He’s very smart and picked up on our dog door quickly. He took a few days to get on our couch/bed so you could probably train him to stay off if you prefer. Griffin is happy to be near you; whether it’s lying in the room you’re in or going on walks, he'll always have your back! Vgsr.org (fb)
