THE HOULTON FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION (HFA) IS A NON-PROFIT 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION LOCATED IN HOULTON, ME. THE HOULTON FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION OVERSEES THE MANAGEMENT, FUNDING AND CERTIFICATIONS OF ALL FOOTBALL ACTIVITIES IN THE HOULTON AREA AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES.THE PHILOSOPHY OF HFA IS TO ALLOW ALL YOUTH A POSITIVE SPORTS EXPERIENCE IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT. THE GAME OF FOOTBALL TEACHES THE VALUE OF TEAMWORK, COMRADERIE AND SPORTSMANSHIP. THE HFA FURTHER WISHES TO INCENTIVIZE ACADEMIC AS WELL AS PROPER SOCIAL BEHAVIOR.
