We are dedicated to assisting elderly, disabled, low income pet owners in times of need by offering pet retention programs, services and education. We also work together with local veterinarians to offer low cost spay, neuter and vaccination options. MPFL is dedicated to assisting families, elderly, and disabled pet owners who meet program guidelines in times of need. We offer pet retention programs, adoption options, services and education, and sustainable programs that enhance companion animal ownership. We are dedicated to keeping pets healthy and happy by keeping them with the people who love them most. In tough economic times, some of us need a helping hand, but not a handout
