It is dedicated to the enrichment of the mind and body as a whole through art education music and sports. The ATEL Foundation will consider funding groups whose focus is on the betterment of our community at large. Majority vote from Foundation members guides funding and each request is evaluated based on its merit both as a standalone organization and the impact of its contributions to the community.
