We help marginalized girls and women escape a life of poverty by identifying and supporting local organizations providing high-quality education and related assistance. π€ π We help marginalized girls and women escape a life of poverty. Education is the most effective pathway to rise out of poverty β and focusing on girls is the surest way to do that. Accordingly, we identify and support those organizations with proven abilities to nurture and educate girls and women. We support them financially, and we coach the leaders to run their organizations sustainably.

While there we were introduced to a local orphanage caring for 65 impoverished girls. We agreed to sponsor two. The following year we visited our two girls and became more informed about the orphanage its leadership and its needs.
