TO GIVE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO VETERNARIANS ASSOCIATED WITH NONPROFIT RESCUE CENTERS WHOSE PAWED PATIENTS ARE UNABLE TO RECEIVE CRUCIAL TREATMENT DUE TO THE FINANCIAL CONSTRAINTS OF THEIR OWNERS.
