As part of our Living Well with the J partnership, we recently hosted a wonderful Ladies Night Out at the Jewish Community Center (JCC) of Greater Baltimore in Owings Mills, just in time for Mother’s Day! 💗🌸 Guests heard from expert speakers including: Ben Schultz, MD – Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Christina Li, MD – Bariatric Surgery Montria Martin, NP – Medical Weight Loss Dana Mealing, RDN, LDN, CIEC – Community Nutrition Educator The event covered surgical, medical and lifestyle approaches to weight management in a welcoming and supportive setting.
