RFBR Radio Frequency Biological Research Main menu Mission Statement Updated January 2017 Radio Frequency Biological Research RFBR was organized exclusively for scientific and educational purposes specifically to promote and conduct rigorous scientific research on the possible effects of anthropogenically elevated radio frequency RF background levels on plants and animals. A great deal of excellent research has previouslybeen conducted documenting effects of RF exposure on plants and animals. Generally exposures to particular single frequencies at particular usually high intensities have been used in those experiments. However the assumption seems to have been made that the lowlevel RF background has no effect on biological systems.
