We are accepting new patients. Our services includes: - Primary Care: Diagnosis and treatment for chronic and acute illnesses - Mental Health Services - Medication Assistance Program We proudly serve the uninsured, low-income residents of Macon and the surrounding counties, ages 16 and up . Additionally, we accept NC Medicaid and Healthy Blue Medicaid plans.

Last week, we were honored to receive an Award of Excellence in Clinical Quality at the 2025 North Carolina Primary Care Conference. The award was graciously presented by the NC Office of Rural Health. Our Executive Director, Cindy O'Boyle, was in attendance to accept this honor.
