Kulen Outreach is an education program providing access to quality education in Northern Cambodia. Kulen Outreach is a non-profit organization providing quality education to children from the rural Phnom Kulen region located one hour north of Siem Reap, Cambodia. It is our primary goal to empower these children to overcome the poverty they grew up in by providing adequate education and helping them develop a sustainable career.

Our Approach 235 Students 14 Teachers 4 Locations 10 10 Years of Success and Commitment Northern Cambodia and the Phnom Kulen region Located only one hour north of Siem Reap and Angkor Wat Phnom Kulen is the birthplace for the ancient Khmer Empire. Its a special place for Cambodia and its national identity. Although physically close to Siem Reap the two areas are centuries apart in living standards.
