Every morning at Rockside Ranch students do “ranch fit,” a key part of their morning routine. 💪🏼 Ranch fit is an anchor in the daily rhythm at the ranch, setting the tone for the rest of the day. It helps students build healthy habits in their lives. 🏋️ When students first start the program, getting up early and getting outside can be challenging. However, over time, they begin to see that they are growing stronger— not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Students experience a deep sense of accomplishment through their hard work, routine and discipline. It is amazing to see students take pride in their work. During the program, students embrace the mantle of “farmer” and the dignity and purpose that come with it. 💪🏼 From day one at the ranch, students see their efforts contribute to something good.
