Last Friday, our Director of Project Development, Steve Bleile, attended Judeo Christian Outreach Center's annual gala and silent auction in Virginia Beach. We would like to congratulate JCOC for raising over $80,000 to support the organization's life-changing programs in affordable housing and food security around the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. We are proud to be partners with JCOC.

📢📢We are hiring a Loan Manager to support our lending affiliate, VCDF. The Loan Manager will work closely with the Loan Fund Director to advance the mission of VCDF, conduct outreach to prospective and existing borrowers, manage compliance and reporting functions, and maintain strong communication with project sponsors and borrowers. The Loan Manager may also coordinate asset management of VCDF’s growing portfolio as the program evolves.
