🎤 Honoring a Mariachi Trailblazer We are proud to celebrate the life and legacy of Debbie “La Chicanita” Martinez, one of New Mexico’s earliest female mariachi voices. From performing rancheras across the Southwest to representing our culture on national stages, she helped open doors for generations of young women in mariachi! 🎶 Later in life, Debbie served our community as an immigration lawyer, continuing her dedication to uplifting others through service and culture.
