North Memorial Health is a system of 25 clinics and two hospitals—Robbinsdale Hospital and Maple Grove Hospital. North Memorial looks at healthcare differently by empowering patients to achieve their best health. We care about the health of our entire community, so the North Memorial Health Foundation dedicates itself to raising money to support it. When you give to the foundation, you help close the gap between the services we provide and the compensation we receive from customer payments, insurance and the government. Your gift improves customer service, programs and services, and community partnerships. That all adds up to better healthcare for everyone.

Today we celebrated Trauma Survivors Day - an opportunity to recognize the incredible achievements accomplished and challenges overcome by survivors following a traumatic accident. Thank you to our former patients who shared their stories of strength, team members who highlighted the impact our Level I trauma program has in the community, and the many other individuals who came to show their support - trauma survivorship is a long road with many paths, and we're honored to be part of the journey. North - Robbinsdale Hospital is a center for the Trauma Survivors Network, an organization dedicated to supporting patients and families long after they leave our hospital doors.

As we celebrate EMS Week, we’re sharing the story of a team member who truly lives out North’s values every day - creating impact during a recent call. While responding to a medical need, North paramedic Matt noticed something else - a man stranded and unsafe due to a broken wheelchair ramp. After his shift ended, Matt came back with tools, supplies, and a few helping hands and together, they rebuilt the ramp - restoring safety, independence, and dignity.
