🎉 ApexFest 2025 on Saturday, September 20th. 🎉 Join us from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM at the Ames Fitness Center for the ApexFest 2025 Strongman Competition presented by Strongman Fitness Ames and hosted by Ames Fitness Center South. We’re honored that The Bridge Home has been chosen as the recipient of the event proceeds, which will support family units at our new campus.
