"Early in my career, I completed my Associates Degree at Manchester University, and at the time I felt that it would be sufficient for my career journey. Months and years flew by and I had tried going back for my Bachelors degree but never felt I had the time, the money, or the motivation. I had conceded to myself that my career wasn’t going any further. A few years later, a respected leader at Berry Global approached me with an opportunity for career advancement. I accepted it, and it turned out to be one of the most difficult decisions of my life. After about 25 years into my career I realized I needed my Bachelor’s degree, I happened to come across WGU.
