Our mission is to foster community relations & reduce delinquency and violence by offering supportive services to emerging young leaders. #staylitcys Our mission is to foster community relations throughout the local community by collaborating with community partners to offer supportive services for youth/young adults ages 11 to 24 in the Auburn Gresham, Englewood, Greater Grand Crossing, and Chatham communities. Our focus is on delinquency and violence prevention and our passion is to educate and train through service learning projects. We empower and equip emerging leaders by mentoring, professional development, leadership development, and business development.

The organization provides supportive services primarily education and training to highrisk populations on their journey toward being equipped and developed as leaders. Since 2015 True Believers Community Connections has been working throughout the southside of Chicago to provide a wide variety of supportive services to strengthen our most susceptible neighborhoods. We have seen the huge impact our program has made in the lives of many young adults across multiple communities within Cook County.
