The mission of the Oilers is to empower and inspire the youth in the urban community through unity and sportsmanship. The Oilers organization will provide weekly physical activities, as well as positive coaching/teaching of health nutrition to prevent childhood obesity. In addition, we will strive to provide life, developmental, and team building skills for youth.
