IT WAS ESTABLISHED AS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WITH THE PURPOSE OF FACILITATING THE DISSEMINATION OF SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE RELATED TO FRUIT CROP PRODUCTION, PROCESSING AND MARKETING.
