COMMUNITY FIRST SERVES AS A NEUTRAL FORUM FOR THE COMMUNITY TO COME TOGETHER AND AS A CATALYST FOR SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE HEALTH AND LOWER MEDICAL COST ON HAWAII ISLAND BASED ON COMMUNITY GOOD.
