To provide an organization for consideration of questions and problemsaffecting the protection and growth of government and commercial assets at Wallops Island, in the Commonwealth of Virginia;To provide a means by which the views and opinions of protection and growth of government and commercial assets at Wallops Island in the Commonwealth of Virginia may be made known to public officials in the Commonwealth of Virginia;To cooperate with federal, state and local agencies of government on issues of public interest related to the protection and growth of government and commercial assets at Wallops Island; To foster compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ordinances related to the protection and growth of government and commercial assets at Wallops Island.
