There is little to no system of public education in Haiti which means that if someone wants to attend school they must pay for private education. In one of the poorest nations in the world the unfortunate reality is that many children and young adults are faced with the sad reality that they cannot afford to obtain the tools that can help them escape the cycle of poverty they cannot afford to go to school. Haiti Scholarships is working to change that.
