Our Mission It is an organization that provides free essential and immediate medical, educational, humanitarian relief assistance to victims of natural disasters and man-made Our Goal To acquire and maintain a decommissioned a US Naval Ship that is converted into a hospital ship that will be based in Subic Bay, Philippines and operated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
