Prowler Growler Association ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION The ProwlerGrowler Association was established in 2013 as the Prowler Association as a fully taxexempt fraternal organization within the meaning of IRS code 501c19. In 2024 the Association officially changed its name to the ProwlerGrowler Association to recognize the continued Electronic Attack accomplishments demonstrated by the EA18G Growler and the men women who fly maintain and support it as well as to maintain an unbroken line of Electronic Attack professionals many of whom served in both aircraft.
