Project Heal of Santa Barbara County (PHOSBC) A privately funded 501(c)(3) non profit We strive to promote & foster mental health wellness and empower those affected with mental health conditions thus improving their quality of life. We strive to eradicate the social stigma associated with mental illness via informed and strategic community health outreach events through the usage of Expressive Arts & Dance Movement Therapy, Expressive Photography, The Arts & ongoing Health Literacy campaigns.
