Our Mission Mayberry Memorial is a registered 501c3 nonprofit EIN 383941030 and was founded in 2011 in memory of Steve Mayberry who lost his battle with colon cancer in 2010 at the age of 50. Steve never knew he had Lynch syndrome but if he had he could have taken preventable measures with his health to still be with us today.
