THS was awarded grant funds from CFWG’s Power of the Purse Grant. Our project is “Cuts of Kindness/Totes of Hope” Pictured is Volunteer Sheila McKinney and CEO Denise Swanson presenting a gift certificate to Mallarie Chastain for a well deserved hair cut at Genesis Salon. Mallarie and her husband, Jason, have been working so hard to restore their family. They both just graduated from the drug court approved Stregenthing Family Parenting Classes. Also Mallarie was presented a certificate from her employer, Jack’s Hamburgers, for proving excellent customer service. Congratulations Mallarie and Jason.
