Wow! We had a chance over the last two days to offer the @unitedassociationhq Vital Cog class at our union office. Our instructor, Ryan did a fantastic job engaging each class, spreading awareness, and teaching us so many helpful tools. This class taught a lot and was well thought out but it most importantly kept the conversation going. Everyday we are trying to gain knowledge and spread awareness on mental health. Thanks to all of our members who volunteered to add!! (fb)
