Don Rose, Sr. Youth Scholarship Fund 100499 500999 1000 up The Don Rose Sr. Youth Scholarship Fund was established to provide financial support for Loudoun County high school graduates who wish to further their education. Funds received will help qualified student pursue their dreams at a college technical or trade school. Applicants from public private and home schools are eligible to receive the scholarship provided they participated in youth sports with in Loudoun County Our immediate goal for the 20152016 school year is to award two scholarships to each of the four oldest high schools in Loudoun.
