Our mission is to create “artful change,” a transformation of marginalized communities in developing countries through arts and design. We believe that art can enrich the way people perceive themselves and the world around them. With that empowerment, we hope to build a foundation within underserved communities that values and celebrates individual and cultural identities and diversity for the common good.

Mtree Artful Change Mtree chose art education as the most approachable means of achieving this mission which has since expanded to the level of community and international development. Since 2011 we have served more than 1000 children and youth introducing artful engagements through our education and community development programs. 2023 KNATCOM UNESCO x Mtree Collaboration Report 20212022 Mtree Program Report 20192020 Mtree Program Report Brush with Hope Brush with Hope is our visual arts program with a focus on selfexploration.
