Beautiful things happen when a community comes together to help those in need. This weekend, Macomb Charitable partnered with Suburban Ford of Troy to BLESS a homeless mother and her children with a dependable vehicle! Maintaining employment with no reliable transportation has been a struggle for this young mom. Despite being homeless, staying in area shelters or sleeping in campgrounds, she has steadfastly tried to improve her situation by picking up jobs but is never able to work long-term because of a lack of transportation. That problem was solved this weekend. Shout out to TERRY LANGE from Suburban Ford of Troy for going OUT OF HIS WAY to make this happen for her! With financial gifts from our supporters, MCF purchased a used vehicle that will be life- changing for this family. Terry went above and beyond to help facilitate this gift!
