Construction has Begun at St. Philip’s Water Project in Inkisanjani! 👷🏾 Our partnership project with St. Philip’s Lutheran Church is WELL underway! The borehole was drilled in December. With the rainy season now over, our contractors have reached the ground to construct the reinforced concrete (elephant-proof!) borehole infrastructure. Below are pictures of the concrete water tank in progress. Once complete, this borehole will provide water to two schools and the surrounding community. Our Wine into Water event at Deerfield Wines was a great success! 🍷 Earlier this month, old and new friends joined together for a night of wine tasting, friendship, and support for WILK. Joyce gave a program update, sharing about the recent happenings of our Hope for Widows program, which is now welcoming in its fourth group of ladies. We gave her a proper send-off before she left for Kenya—this morning! We can confidently say that support for Water is Life Kenya has never been stronger.
